Peptide-HLA class II tetramers are enabling a swift and detailed characterisation of epitope-specific CD4+ T cells. The tetramer binds to the CD4+ T cell TCR with high avidity and specificity allowing for detection of specific T cells of frequencies as low as 0.05%.

Choose between tetramer (PE/AP/BV421) or biotinylated which can readily be made into tetramers with the label of your choice. Monomers can be stored at -20C° for up to 24 months.
